Event Schedule
Please note that this schedule is subject to change. We know that AirTable's mobile experience is not great, and we will provide a designed-for-mobile version once the schedule is finalized, similar to the versions our team created for Balorado 2025 and CalBal 2026. We use Airtable to manage our back-end schedule and keep track of everything that goes on behind the scenes.

ποΈ Schedule Overview
Thursday: a fun welcome activity
Friday: a daytime activity (like hiking or a lake day, weather permitting), the Advanced Mix & Match, the Switch & Match, and social dancing with live music from Jonathan Ng & His All Stars
Saturday: daytime classes for all class tracks, the Amateur Mix & Match, the Invitational Mix & Match, and social dancing with live music from Jonathan Ng & His All Stars. The beginner class track will take place at Ballroom & Beyond.
Sunday: daytime electives for intermediate and advanced dancers, afternoon nap time, Jazz in the Park at City Park, and social dancing to DJ'd music
Monday: unofficial after party at Silver Vines Winery
π Major Changes for 2026
On Sunday, Park Day will be pushed back to later in the afternoon so that we can all take a nap after classes, enjoy the live music at Jazz in the Park, and avoid the worst of the afternoon heat. Social dancing will also be pushed back.
All social dancing will take place at the Denver Turnverein π₯³
