🎨 Field Trip Day - Meow Wolf


In the past, we’ve done a Lake Day and a Hike Day on Friday. This year's field trip is Meow Wolf - Denver's immersive art museum. It's one of Denver's top attractions, requires no rain plan, sunscreen, or waking up early, and is air-conditioned!


Tickets can be purchased at a group discount rate of $39 via the Balorado Contests store. The deadline for purchasing tickets is Wednesday, June 3. We are unable to sell tickets after this date, but you are welcome to purchase tickets directly from Meow Wolf.


Balorado will not be organizing a bus (it’s less expensive for y’all to Uber or Lyft there). While taking public transit is an option, there is not a convenient bus stop near Meow Wolf and it will require approximately 20 minutes of walking. We encourage folks to make use of the Facebook group for coordinating shared rides.


Please plan on arriving by noon, as our group tickets are timed entry. Y’all will be on your own in the exhibit. We strongly encourage all attendees to wear dance event swag (buy Balorado swag on Redbubble!) or other swing dancer paraphernalia so we can find each other, and hang out with new friends in the exhibit (psst, Karaoke Night is a great way to meet people!).
